DALLAS, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Tuesday Morning Corporation (Nasdaq: TUES), has announced that its chairman, president, and chief executive officer, Jerry M. Smith died today due to complications associated with cancer. Mr. Smith, 63, joined the company in 1984. He had been chairman since September 1999, CEO since December 1997, and president since September 1994. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Lynn, of 36 years and his son, Jay, both of whom reside in Dallas.
